Hey there- the minimum lookalike score needs to be between 0 and 1. It defaults to 0.79.

Hey Neal- if you want to connect to external APIs, you can use Clay's HTTP API integration. Just be sure to follow the correct documentation, and then fill out the headers, body, query parameters, endpoint, and method as listed. Hope this helps!

Yes, totally understand. Are you using Claygent navigator? A comon issue we see people running into is using Claygent navigator to bypass user authentication, which it cannot do. Unless you're signed into LinkedIn, you cannot access data on people's accounts, regardless of if these links are publicly facing. So Claygent can click into the link, but the moment it has to execute a subsequent task, it will struggle. This is something the team is actively working to improve. For now, I suggest using the enrich companies action, or configuring one of the following native signals when creating your table. Hope this helps!

Hey Adam- just did this in your workspace. Hope this helps. Made a new table called Test. It should work for a blank table. If you're trying to map to a new table, the issue may be that there are so many columns in this CSV that the existing table cannot map all the columns properly.

Hey Adam- what is the exact name of the table you would like to upload this CSV to? Just want to be sure before we test it out on our end. For reference, this is the error message we get when adding your CSV to one of our workspaces. Could you shorten the name, and try running the import again?

Hey Garrett- typically if the data isn't coming through to your new table, you can perform a lookup to the original table. I understand this isn't ideal, but by doing this, I was able to extract that AI personalization that wasn't coming through. I hope this helps!

Hey Garrett, the best possible option is to use a send table data action, in which you can choose which columns you want to send over to the new table. Hope this helps.
