Yes, totally understand. Are you using Claygent navigator? A comon issue we see people running into is using Claygent navigator to bypass user authentication, which it cannot do. Unless you're signed into LinkedIn, you cannot access data on people's accounts, regardless of if these links are publicly facing. So Claygent can click into the link, but the moment it has to execute a subsequent task, it will struggle. This is something the team is actively working to improve.
For now, I suggest using the enrich companies action, or configuring one of the following native signals when creating your table. Hope this helps!
