Loh Y., yes it's available on legacy plans. Workflows is available on all plans through the end of 2026, and permanently on Launch, Growth, and Enterprise plans. If you're not seeing workflows in product there's a few steps I'd recommend you take

1.
Confirm you're enrolled in our beta program. You can do this from your workspace settings. (Click your photo in the top right corner, select settings in the drop down, enrolling in the beta program is at the bottom of the "workspace settings.") This will ensure you're automatically enrolled in all open beta launches to access new products as soon as they're available.
2.
You'll also automatically get enrolled in the workflows open beta if you install Clay's agent plugin (CLI/API) in any coding agent. You can get started by pasting this into Claude Code, Codex, or any other coding agent: Set up the Clay plugin by following the steps in https://github.com/clay-run/agent-plugins

Radisa R. In terms of how Workflows compares to tables:

It's much easier to observe logic by tracing an individual record. In tables you can see the outputs, but in workflows you can visually see step by step how an individual account or prospect flows through a workflow and all of the logic & reasoning that was applied. Early users find this especially useful to follow an agents logic to refine it when something unexpected happens.
You can run workflows as a much greater scale. Where tables have a 50k row limit, you can run an unlimited number of records through a workflow. Where tables have a column limit, you can add an unlimited number of nodes to a workflow. Tables also have cell size limits, and the working memory for a run in workflows is an order of magnitude larger.
You can build headlessly via CLI. You can also build with Sculptor or manually in Clay.
Workflows has code nodes which lets you apply more powerful logic than formulas in tables. This also lets you build more external systems onto Clay.

Also, you can convert a table into a workflow (either in product or via CLI) to get started if you want to play around with this with an existing play you're already running in Clay!

Radisa R. you can definitely set up outbounding with this, we especially see folks use this in signal-based outbound campaigns so they can take a signal, do additional research / qualification before deciding to reach out or not, then handle all of the routing & copy writing before sequencing an email with any of the 15+ 3p sequencer integrations.

utsav n. it's not possible yet, but is on our roadmap before this product GAs. It'll be a few months, but we plan to ultimately deal with it similar to how you can with functions. I think Josh W.’s suggestion is a good workaround!

Correct, Kathleen S.. The vision here is that you'll be using Workflows (which launched in alpha alongside the CLI) to determine your enrichment flows or actions you want to take in Clay, and that data will be stored in Audiences (where the data can be re-used instead of living in a single table) So you can still do all of the things that you'd do in a table, it'll just be in the new workflows experience. And this additionally lets you call data from Clay (CPJ or data marketplace) to pull outside of Clay at scale (without a CSV download) or to have external systems trigger actions, functions, etc in Clay.
