Issues with Help Button in Clay: Unable to Access Support Chat

Hi all. Anyone having an issue with the Help button in the upper right of Clay? I click it and was hoping to chat with support but... when I do click it all I get is the tiny modal that says 'HELP' as seen in the screen shot below. I have tried on two different computers (windows & Linux) and three different browsers (Chrome,Firefox & Brave).

Integrating Salesforce Leads with Clay and LinkedIn for Marketing Contacts

Hi everyone! Got a question about a process I'd like to build. We are using Salesforce and I am currently importing our SFDC leads into Clay and enriching them. So far so good. One thing I would like to do is be able to search Linked in for people at the company that have a marketing type title. So lead comes into Salesforce is pulled into Clay, Clay then enriches lead, next Clay somehow pulls contacts from Linked in at work at this company and have a marketing title. First is this possible... These people into a new Clay table automatically. Has anyone set up a workflow like this?
