Hey folks, sales research is a time sink. I automated it. check it out ! oh, and make sure not to miss the images attached!
Problem: A sales rep spends 30-45 minutes researching a company before outreach. Most of that time is wasted on manual Google searches, LinkedIn stalking, and news hunting. At scale, this kills pipeline velocity.
Solution: Type a company name and its website. Get a full sales intelligence brief in 60 seconds sent to your team's Slack and get your CRM enriched! π
Built an automated lead intelligence system for AI manufacturing startups (My ICP this time around). Here's what happens under the hood:
The gist: n8n captures the input β Clay
enriches company data, finds recent news, scores intent (high/medium/low) β Groq's LLM generates a structured sales brief β HubSpot logs it β Slack pings the team instantly.. The rep gets: company background, growth signals, funding/partnership activity, and a recommended conversation angle. Without touching a single browser tab.π€©
One could say why not go further and enrich the DM's of the respective companies and send them a personalised opener? Well to that I say, that would definitely make it more complete, but my goal for this project was to understand and learn how different tools are connected and share data through webhooks and APIs. That was the real crux of this automation! π₯Έ
New tools this round: n8n , Groq API, Slack webhooks, ngrok.
Stack: n8n + Clay + Groq + HubSpot + Slack π οΈ
