Cold Email Strategies: Quantity vs. Quality and Mailbox Performance Insights

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask about cold emailing. Do you think it’s mainly a numbers game - the more emails we send, the more opportunities we create? Or is it better to focus on sending around 100 highly targeted emails per day and optimizing quality over quantity? Also, I’ve noticed many vendors sell mailboxes for $2–$3 each. In your experience, do mailboxes purchased from vendors perform well? Or do mailboxes created directly through Google or Outlook have better deliverability? Would really appreciate your insights.

I dont know about the vendors but i can asure you that rather than sending emails blindly, you should focus on highly targeted prospects. This will reduce the cost also it will prevent your domain reputation

I agree, enriching, scoring then prioritising would any day be better than “scrape & spray”. What good is clay then if the logic is to spam ?

The low cost mailboxes often set up google/ms mailboxes in the bg as well
