Introducing Kathleen: Seeking Tips for Clay and Sales Navigator Use

Hi Everyone! I'm Kathleen, Executive Programs Manager at Instant Teams and currently based out of North Carolina. We are about to onboard with Clay and are looking to use Clay + Sales Navigator to get more strategic with our Lead Gen operations! Will be joining a cohort soon. Looking forward to also being here in this community to ask all the questions to! Anyone else mostly use the Clay + Sales Nav combo? We will also be phasing out ZoomInfo so any tips on change management there would be excellent! Thanks, Kathleen 🙂

Hi Kathleen S. , happy to connect and assist if needed! I have also been using Zoominfo in the past but never renewed that again! Clay is working pretty solid for me and my partners for automated high quality recruiting /staffing and even intent led outreach for mid market and large enterprises. The power of Clay doubles the moment we marry those insights with platform like n8n and voice ai tools.

Hey Kathleen, welcome! Clay + Sales Nav is such a strong combo — we’ve used it with clients to make prospecting way more precise while reducing reliance on bulk databases like ZoomInfo. The biggest shift I’ve seen during transitions is helping teams trust enrichment + automations vs the old ‘download-and-dial’ approach. Curious — what kind of lead gen workflows are you planning to start with once Clay is live?
