I'm curious, does anybody have SMS integrated in your Clay table? We already have SmartLead and now want to also send SMS campaigns, similar to what we're doing with SmartLead. Yes, Twilio, but I'm concerned that there isn't a good UI for back and forth chatting. This isn't really a one way solution, it needs to be two way. Thoughts? Ideas?
Yes a few teams are running SMS inside Clay, but Clay itself is only the automation layer. The real question is finding a 2-way SMS platform with a good inbox UI, since Twilio alone is too bare-bones (no native inbox, no conversation threading). β Common setups people use: 1.
