Built an End-to-End GTM Outreach Automation Pipeline Using Apollo, Clay, and n8n
Built an end-to-end GTM outreach automation — Apollo + Clay + n8n Hey everyone — I'm Nishika, a GTM Engineer building AI-powered automation systems. Sharing a project I just shipped: a fully automated outreach pipeline that finds, enriches, personalizes, and sends — start to finish. The stack:
Apollo — sourced target leads (founders/agencies needing automation, GTM/RevOps leads at SaaS companies)
Clay — the core of the system. Built a multi-provider email waterfall (infer → validate → fallback through Hunter/Findymail) for verified work emails. Then used Claygent to actually research each person's LinkedIn + company site, pull a real, specific signal, and infer their likely operational pain point from it. Used Clay's native OpenAI integration to generate a fully personalized subject line + email per person — grounded in real research, not a template
n8n — built a separate automation that reads the Clay-enriched sheet, sends each personalized email via Gmail one at a time, waits between sends to protect deliverability, and updates status automatically. Fully hands-off after trigger.
The part I'm most proud of: each email tells the recipient it was written by the same AI system I'd build for them — so it's not just a pitch, it's proof, sitting in their inbox. This is the kind of system I build — if you're a founder or team drowning in manual outreach, lead research, or GTM ops, I can build something like this for you. 🎥 Full walkthrough: https://www.loom.com/share/a6df0a17cc8c44b6a51d92a6b5790391 Genuinely grateful to the Clay team for the extended Growth trial — it made it possible to build at this depth as a solo builder. 📧 nishikagangwani512@gmail.com 🔗 LinkedIn
