Convert Formula Column to Static URLs in Excel

·

I have a column that’s a formula from another column, and I deleted the the latter column because I don’t need it anymore. How can I turn the column shown in the screenshot into a pure url column rather than an output of the column I deleted?

To convert a formula-based column into a pure URL column after deleting the source column: 1. Right-click on the column header 2. Select "Edit Column" > "Select Data Type" 3. Choose "URL" as the appropriate data type 4. Click "Save Settings" This will change the column's data type to URL, preserving the existing values without the formula dependency. If I delete it won’t I lose all the data that was populated by that field?

Hey Michael - Yes sorry for this. You can copy the column and paste it into a text column or you can export it as CSV and re-import it without any issue. Curious what were you trying to do exactly here with that data?
