Currently, deduplication in Clay can be done within individual tables in the following ways: 1. Using Auto-dedupe: β’ Enable automatic deduplication through the table settings dropdown β’ Select a specific column to monitor for duplicates β’ The system will retain the oldest row and remove duplicates 2. Manual column deduplication: β’ Right-click the column header you want to dedupe β’ Select "Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row"Important notes about deduplication: ** Deleted rows cannot be recovered ** Duplicates are identified by exact string matches ** Deduplication is case-sensitive ** Extra whitespace is considered in matchingThere isn't currently a feature to deduplicate across multiple tables within a workbook simultaneously. You'll need to perform deduplication for each table individually. Hey there Enoch thanks for reaching out, currently there is no way to dedupe multiple tables across a workbook. The best alternative would be to use a Lookup Row in other table inside of the tables where you wish to dedupe and then using filter which can be found in the upper left-hand side of the table, you can filter based on the positive results of this Lookup and then delete these rows.
Understood. Is there a link where I can see a step by step on how it'd be done?
Currently making a loom for this
thank you!
thanks a lot!
