🚀 Hiring: GTM Engineer / Automation Engineer (Clay + Make/n8n) at B2Bleadgen.ai We’re growing — and opening up a GTM Engineer role We’ve got new clients coming onboard and more outbound campaigns going live, so we’re expanding the GTM team to keep up. This role starts at 20 hours per week and is designed to transition to full-time within ~90 days once you’ve demonstrated that you can own the systems, execute well, and operate independently. We want this to turn into a long-term seat on the team — not a short-term contract. You’ll be hands-on building the systems behind outbound: the data, workflows, automations, and infrastructure that make campaigns actually work in the real world. If you enjoy turning messy data into clean workflows, collaborating with people who care about doing things right, and seeing your work show up in real results, you’ll feel right at home. What you’ll be working on
Building and maintaining Clay-based enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows
Creating automations in Make and n8n using webhooks, structured data, and JSON payloads
Sourcing and managing lead data, including niche scraping and enrichment
Turning buying signals into outbound logic that makes sense
Operating and improving outbound email infrastructure and sequencing
Monitoring performance and improving systems as we scale
