We're at a point where we need dedicated support to manage the client communication side so our designers and developers can completely focus on creating visually appealing and functional websites. The Role: We're looking for a Campaign Handling Expert who can take ownership of client relationships and communications. You'll be the professional voice of DesignFervor, managing everything from responding to inquiries to client meetings. What You'll Do:
Manage large volumes of client replies and follow-ups efficiently
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
Attend and lead client meetings as our representative
Manage ongoing client communications and updates
Coordinate between clients and our team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Keep projects moving smoothly through consistent communication
Note: We are using Smartlead and Instantly for outreach and have multiple accounts on both platforms.
