I’m starting to build a focused GTM/outbound practice after working on early-stage startup growth and outbound systems.
For people who have built consulting, agency, or fractional GTM businesses before: what would you recommend focusing on in the first 3–6 months?
I’m especially trying to avoid becoming a generic “lead gen agency” and instead build around sharper signal-driven outbound, better ICP work, and transparent campaign systems.
Would love advice from anyone who has gone through this.
