Prioritizing GTM Lead Generation and Automation in a 90-Day Solo Role to Drive Pipeline Results

Hey all, just stepped into a GTM Engineer role that's mostly follow-up and lead gen, but I'm coming at it as a builder (I basically live in Clay/Apollo and build a lot of my own automations). It came together fast and I've got a 90-day window to prove the lean, systems-driven version of this role really works. For anyone who's run GTM this way mostly solo: what would you prioritize across the first 30/60/90 to actually drive pipeline? Most curious what moved the needle vs. what just felt productive.
