Ranking Top Performers in Companies Using a Formula

Hi guys, I'm trying to rank people on a benchmark within their respective companies and identify the top 3 performers per company, but I can't figure it out. I'd like to do it using only a formula and not AI (cheaper in terms of credits) I have:

My goal is to create a formula that shows whether each person scored in the top 3 of their company (TRUE/FALSE would work). Does someone have a clue how to solve this? Thanks!
