Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has a checklist on how to run a kickoff call with a brand new customer. I'm an onboarding specialist very recent to Clay and am looking to understand the following:
What topics/agenda items that should be covered in the kick off call?
Any quick wins I can get away from the first call?
Should I build a table in the first call?

Hey Fausto B. here’s how i run kickoff calls in clay: 1. align on goals quickly define ICP, target titles, location, volume, and what “qualified lead” means. 2. map goals to workflow explain how it becomes a clay pipeline find companies → find people → enrich → verify → export. 3. live quick win build a small sample table in front of them, not full setup. 10–20 records only. 4. confirm requirements what they will provide (ICP, access, tools) what i will deliver (first table, enrichment plan, ETA) 5. post-call recap send a short summary, table link, next steps.
