From No System to 10 Booked Demo Calls: My Exact GTM Workflow Using Claude as AI Co-Pilot
I am not sharing a Claude-made template, prompt, skills or document here. Just my own experience and the output it gave me. From no system to 10 booked demo calls here's the exact GTM workflow I built as a newbie, using Claude as my AI co-pilot. I didn't have a fancy tech stack or years of sales-ops experience. I had Claude, a head of sales who trusted me, and patience for getting the basics right. Here's what I actually did: 1. Found a niche my company hadn't targeted before, and decided to go after it 2. Used Claude to pull a first list of 50 companies 3. Reviewed with my sales head and cut it to 40 high-fit accounts 4. Trained Claude to find each company's website 5. Claude scanned their Teams or About page 6. Claude extracted the right contacts from each one 7. Used Claude's connector feature to get all the email IDs and contacts across Apollo.io, ZoomInfo and Lusha, a 3-layer validation loop built once and reused every time 8. Claude compiled clean CSVs and then I uploaded to HubSpot 9. Launched the sequence/campaigns Every step had a human in the loop. My head of sales reviewed each layer before it moved forward. No fancy tools beyond Claude. No automation magic. Just AI doing the grunt work, humans doing the judgment calls, and a system that didn't skip steps. Result: 10 demo calls booked from a list that started at 50. Quality over quantity. Every time. If anyone from Clay is reading this, I would love some free credits to take this system even further. I am obsessed with what you have built. ๐ ๐ If you are still on the fence about whether AI can actually move the pipeline for a small team, I do not know what else to tell you. #GTMStrategy #B2BSales #SalesOps #AIinSales #RevOps #SalesAutomation #DemandGen #StartupSales #HumanInTheLoop #Claude #Clay #Outboundmarketing #building-gtm-engines
