Improving Staff Augmentation Campaigns for Full Stack Developers

Hello everyone, I am currently working on a Staff Augmentation campaign focused solely on Full Stack Developers. Right now, I’m targeting people who have posted Full Stack Developer jobs on LinkedIn. While I’m getting good open rates, the number of positive responses and opportunities is quite low. What can I do to improve this? How can I use Clay more effectively to get better results?

I am in the safe boat, what has helped me a bit increase the open reply rate is targeting a specific niche and have related portfolio in the messaging to attract them
