Managing Large Volume Real-Time Enrichments with Clay

hey, is anyone here using Clay for large volume and real time enrichments? I am enriching 30-40K contacts and companies a month in real time. Most of the templates I see for enrichment are quite simple and I ended up having a process of 8 tables - sending from a table to a table based on the criteria for enrichments. I'd love to hear from people who are working with this volume and in realtime and understand how you're managing the flow
