Upgrading to OpenAI Tier 2 API: Steps and Requirements

Hey guys, how do I upgrade to OpenAI's Tier 2 API? I successfully topped my OpenAI account with $50 in Nov, but idk how to spend the $50 to meet their Tier 2 requirements. I just want to connect my OpenAI key to Clay but I can't even do that coz it needs Tier 2.
