Exploring New Revenue Verticals Beyond Crypto Trading: Seeking Insights

Hi everyone, I was just hoping to get some help on something that I'm currently working on. I currently work at a crypto trading company.We primarily make money from trading, but I, along with some people from my team, are trying to figure out other verticals where we can start to make money or basically trying to figure out other products that we can sell. Does anyone here have experience doing that or let's say trying to figure out a new vertical for their own company? I would love to talk to you and get insights from you, or if you know anyone else who has done that.
