Troubleshooting Dropdown Issues When Looking Up Rows in Excel

Trying to look up rows from another tab, but when adding this function there is no options found int the dropdown, how to they becomr visiable? not sure IM doing right here?

that's strange if you click in the drop-down you should see the tables in the workspace
