Hey Clay team Quick question on lead handover best practices. What have you found to be the most efficient way to pass leads to clients or sales teams without breaking the email thread or hurting reply rates? Right now I’m testing shared Unibox access, but it gets messy fast and doesn’t feel scalable. Do you usually: • keep replies in the original sending inbox and sync to CRM • qualify first, then hand off warm leads • use CRM only for logging (not replying) • or something else that works well at scale Curious what’s actually working in real outbound ops. 😉
Hey Simon: In my opinion, this would depend highly on CRM you're using and at what stage do you pass leads (after booking a meeting, pre qualification with sdr/bdr etc). We use HS and we sync everything to HS so we're able to analyze entire lead journey
Hi Divy P.,Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it. This is for client delivery. I’m currently at the “interested lead” stage and trying to define the best flow from there, while still allowing clients to take over conversations without breaking the email thread. What you’ve seen work best in practice?
