Looking for a tool to automatically send personalized emails from an enriched prospect list—Is HubSpot suitable?

Hey guys, I’d love your advice. I built a prospect list and enriched it in Clay with highly personalized content. Now I’m looking for a tool that can automatically send emails using the email address and the personalized message in each row. Can HubSpot do this? If not, do you know any other tools that can? Thanks you so much!

Hubspot can do it easily. But i think you’d have to set the email schedule otherwise it remains in default waiting for your confirmation to send.

If it's a cold email, do not use hubspot. Use tools specifically built for cold emails. Use smartleads or instantly

Using your CRM email sender to send cold emails to them will damage your primary domain reputation ( if It's what's integrated with your CRM) . Moreover, CRM's aren't built specifically for sending cold emails.

I use Lemlist. I love it, and it has a native integration with Clay. You can buy pre-warmed email boxes, so you aren't sending from your main domain. I have 5 boxes, and I am sending about 2k emails a month. Fully automated. Clay to find, enrich, score and personalize, then add a column to automatically push to a Lemlist campaign. If you set it to auto-run it can pull in new leads daily or weekly, and any lead added to those campaigns automatically enter the sequence. Set it up once, and it runs on autopilot. I haven't tried instantly, but I've heard it's very similar. Lemlist will also automate LI connects and profile views. So if you do a 4 or 5 step sequence you can do 2 emails, a LI connect, another email and a LI view for multiple touch points over a longer period of time.
