Any recommendations on the best email finder/enrichment tool when targeting local businesses? FindyMail, Wiza, and LeadMagic are only finding about 50% of the contact emails at this point.
it's a tough one!
have you thought about running a Claygent to go retrieve emails from the local businesses website?
Yes, I have tried this but it typically just pulls catch-all contact emails like hello@company.com contact@company.com etc. and this is not a viable option for my outreach campaigns.
yeah I know, this would be your worst case scenario
whois sometimes is an additional source. local SMBs are just generally tricky
Yeah, i am going to try running through a few more email finding tools before i resort to this. We have tried Findymail, Wiza, FullEnrich, and LeadMagic in a waterfall so far and are only able to get roughly 50% validated emails 😕
you try openmart as a enrichment provider?
apparently they are really good at local!
Sean W. the email finder tools use an algorithm to find a business email so if findymail is not finding an email it means either that person does not have a personal email OR that person does not belong to the company. Adding more tools in waterfall wont help in this case.
If you have company domain claygent is actually pretty good 1 layer scraper. Keep the catch alls don't get rid of them. Roughly 50% of them are good. You validate catch all's w/ findymail
Bernardo doesn't this just return contact emails found on website? For example hello@companyname.com And yes, we allow catch all emails and the validate/score them through zero bounce right now
2 things: 1) it's your first layer scraper think about it as the first step to maybe a waterfall 2) I should have mentioned it depends who's your ICP/Target? For me it's small business roofers/operators. Usually not always the general email is their email but I also always find more than one email & stack em
