yo not sure that is possible the way you're thinking about it. clay isn't built on top of a website/software like hubspot, wordpress, paypal etc so it doesn't leave a technical footprint, tech stack enrichment won't work here
what does work is going signal based - look for people at the company with job titles that are most likely to use clay like GTM engineer, outbound, growth ops etc. you can also use a claygent prompt to check if the company's website, linkedin page or job postings (current and past) mention clay or clay.com. past postings are useful too since even removed listings still show up in scraped sources
