Serper Status Code 500 Errors: Scraping Failed on Serper.dev for All CIDs

hey guys I have bunch of errors on serper. status code: 500 - Scraping failed. tried on serper.dev as well, same thing. happening for any cid I tried. any idea what's going on? anyone facing the same issue?
