How to Find Candidates with Specific Previous Roles and Experience

Anyone know how i can "Find people" but with specific previous roles / experience. Ie. they've previously worked for the Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG)

Yep! You can totally do that in Apollo.io just use the "Past Company" filter under the People search. Type in EY, Deloitte, PwC, or KPMG, and it'll pull people who’ve previously worked there, not just current employees. You can stack that with title, location, industry, etc., to get super targeted. Bonus move: if you're scraping profiles or want personal emails, pairing this with Searchleads makes it way easier to enrich without blowing up your Apollo credits. Works like a charm 👌

So for clarity I want to isolate CFOs, Head of Finance, Finance Managers (current role for less than 24 months) who have previous experience at the big 4. That’s possible? Right now I’ve got a list of 800 validated finance contacts (here in New Zealand) that I’d love to be able to isolate who has big 4 experience

Filter by Time in Current Role – Set the filter for “Years in Current Role” to less than 2 years (since you want them in their current role for under 24 months).
3.
Location Filter – Since you’re working in New Zealand, you can apply a location filter to make sure they’re based there.
Once you’ve set that up, you’ll have a list of CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Finance Managers with Big 4 experience and under 2 years in their current roles. If you’re working with validated data already, you can just run that same process to narrow down the list.
