Totally depends on your use case tbh. I used to use Apollo too it’s decent for volume but I had issues with a lot of the data being stale or coming back as invalid even with the “verified” filter on. Haven’t tried LeadMagic yet, but one thing that really helped me was running my Apollo data through searchleads.co. They verify the leads in real time so I get clean data (valid + catch-all only). Also...they enrich personal emails and numbers automatically, which was a nice bonus. I still use Apollo for scraping but Searchleads saves me from needing the paid plan yk works out cheaper overall. Just sharing what worked for me in case it helps!

If you’re buying in bulk, I’d genuinely recommend checking out GoBoxMate for inboxes they offer Google Workspace inboxes cheaper than Google itself + handle all the SPF/DKIM/DMARC stuff out of the box, which helps a ton with deliverability. Been using them for a few months now, no complaints.

Scraping LinkedIn Recruiter Premium is tricky tbh they’ve got more aggressive bot detection on the premium endpoints. You can try browser-based scrapers with smart delays + rotation, but even then, LinkedIn might flag stuff fast. Another option is going the manual export route through saved searches and profiles, then cleaning it outside.

uhm I was also considering switching from Apollo, but I ended up pairing it with SearchLeads instead. It’s affordable and gives real-time verification plus enriched personal data. Since then, I’ve stuck with Apollo. Basically I’m using SearchLeads but yeah it’s still based on Apollo data. Curious though, what’s making you look for something other than Apollo?

Apollo is solid for finding leads and basic outreach, but deliverability can suffer if you’re sending directly through it. Instantly feels smoother for managing multiple inboxes. Sean W. Okay got it.. you got the list right? And job titles you can use Apollo, just put the job titles and list there. But to get better results and clean data at a cheaper rate, I’d recommend running that list through SearchLeads.co that’s all, apollo can find you results…yes! But they don’t give real time verification, as they have out dated data some are invalids as well as you already know…

Yeah... I’ve seen the same issue data’s often outdated or missing accurate info. If you’re looking for something more real-time and accurate, you might want to check out SearchLeads ...it verifies in real time and pulls contacts( valid emails, catch-all), Linkedln url of persons, company etc basically everything Apollo does but more nd better, even enriching personal numbers and emails without extra cost.

Aaryan M. Yeah this is where Apollo lacks a bit tbh… If you’re already using Apollo, try pairing it with an affordable quality scraper like Annaiza mentioned, apolloscrape(.)com is solid. Heard it takes a lot off your plate with personal numbers + verified emails and all that.

Yea honestly apollo can be a bit steep… you can also go for some nice and cheap scraping tool yk? I have been using apolloscrape it’s been a life saver lol
