Guidelines for Sending Outbound Emails After Warm-up

Hey! for outbound email, with a new mail just finished warming up, does anyone know how many mails I can send per day? should I increase the amount progressively?

I like to keep it around 20 per days specially since it's been harder recently. What are you using to send emails
