Inclusive Titles is inconsistent, which is why your “VP of Engineering” search didn’t return anything. The most reliable and scalable method I’ve found is using Seniority + Function, Clay’s internal mapping is much more consistent, and it still surfaces people even when exact title strings differ. Then you can layer optional title keywords if you need extra precision.
