Optimal Daily Cold Email Limits: 25 vs. 50 Emails?

Hey everyone, I've been hearing mixed opinions about number of cold emails to send per email account per day. Some say 25 is the max, but others say you can go up to 50, what's your take on this? 🙂

And are you sending 20 warm up emails and 25 outreach emails at the same time, or just 25 outreach emails only after the warm up period is over? Yukti S.

For google workspace i will personally prefer to send 20 to 25 emails after warming up these for 14 to 15 days and for outlook there is hard restriction you will need to follow like 10 to 15 emails only per day per user after warming up them for 30 to 40 days and after using these continuesly you will need to replace domains after 3 to 4 months.
