Best Strategies for Warming Up Emails with Smartlead.ai

Hello everyone, When it comes down to warm-up the E-Mails for the cold outbound with smartlead.ai, what strategy do you follow to keep the domains and Mails alive and healthy for a long period of time? I am new to it and heard a few strategies on YT etc. so I am courious, what the real GTM Engineers are doing. Thanks for your insight Cheers

Keeping things simple, conservative and abiding by best practices like:
Doing at least a 2 week warm up
Sending no more than 25-30 cold emails per day per account
Ensuring you are sending to valid emails
Keeping initial email content in plain text
I haven't seen any reliable ways around these best practices.

this is my warm up strategy. I also selected only send one weekdays but its not visible on the screenshoot. After two weeks I would do 20 cold outbound mails to my Leads and let 20 warmup mails with a response rate of 100% run on the E-Mail

That looks good to me. The only thing I would change is once the email is warmed up and used in a campaign, check the "Enable Auto-adjust warmup/sending ratio" option.

With that option, you will still send warmup emails when the campaign is active, but they won't be as many as before. This will make sure you aren't sending too many emails from one account

Okay thanks! But the way of still sending 20 warmup mails per day with a 100% reply rate even though the mail is used in Cold Outbound is correct?

Yeah, that is fine. Then the overall response rate between the warm up and the cold emails will be realistic
