Does anyone have recommendation for domain/mailbox setup for both gworkspace and o365? We use Apollo as our sequencer. We don't do mass sending so it fits our needs just fine for the moment and we are not looking to switch. But we are looking for automation (or even a contractor who can do it for cheap) for spinning up new sending infra. The service doesn't need to be fully automated and we do want direct access to domains, dns, accounts, and mailboxes.
Good question this comes up a lot. If you’re running Apollo for sequencing and just need stable sending infrastructure (not mass), you’ve got two main routes that both work well: ✅ Google Workspace setup
Buy domains via Namecheap or Google Domains (clean reputation, easy DNS).
Warm them gradually with Warmup Inbox or Mailflow (2–4 weeks).
Use subdomains (like get.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com) to protect your root.
Keep 1 inbox per domain and 25–40 emails/day max.
✅ Microsoft 365 setup
Works great for deliverability but setup is stricter (SPF/DKIM/DMARC + custom connector rules).
Warm-up takes longer but stability is high.
You can mix — e.g., half Gmail, half Outlook — to diversify sender footprints.
If you don’t want to handle setup, there are specialists who can spin up verified domains, warm them, and hand over logins for as little as $20–30/domain.
