Good question this comes up a lot. If you’re running Apollo for sequencing and just need stable sending infrastructure (not mass), you’ve got two main routes that both work well:
✅ Google Workspace setup
Buy domains via Namecheap or Google Domains (clean reputation, easy DNS).
Warm them gradually with Warmup Inbox or Mailflow (2–4 weeks).
Keep 1 inbox per domain and 25–40 emails/day max.
✅ Microsoft 365 setup
Works great for deliverability but setup is stricter (SPF/DKIM/DMARC + custom connector rules).
Warm-up takes longer but stability is high.
You can mix — e.g., half Gmail, half Outlook — to diversify sender footprints.
If you don’t want to handle setup, there are specialists who can spin up verified domains, warm them, and hand over logins for as little as $20–30/domain.
