Best Practices for Employment Validation in Salesforce at Scale
Hey folks ā quick question for anyone whoās tackled contact employment validation at scale. Iām trying to figure out the cleanest way to check whether a contact is still employed at their listed company (Account in Salesforce). In a perfect world weād match on domain or a company ID, but that's where the health of our data is not helping. Example: Disney. Youāve got Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Streaming, Disney Corporate, etc. The domains and naming conventions arenāt always consistent, so if we match too strictly, we end up flagging a ton of people as āno longer with companyāeven though theyāve just moved internally to another Disney entity. Has anyone built something reliable in Clay to solve this? I do enrichment from both Zoominfo (very lagging on employment), and Clay enrich with LinkedIn profile pulling in most recent company, end date (if any etc.)
