We’re scaling to multiple clients. Calls run via Aircall, email via Smartlead, LinkedIn via HeyReach.
We don’t have our own central CRM. qualified leads only get pushed into the client’s CRM.
Main issue: there’s no single 360° contact view.
To understand what happened with one contact, we have to check three separate tools.
