Requirement: 1+ years in cold calling/warm calling role

Own lead engagement: respond fast (<5mins), qualify prospects, and convert interest into booked meetings.

Manage CRM with speed and accuracy, ensuring every lead is followed up and nothing slips.

Call warm and cold prospects daily to spark conversations and fill calendars with qualified appointments.

Revive dormant leads, surface new opportunities, and drive continuous pipeline growth.

Share real-time feedback with the GTM team to refine messaging and improve outbound results.

Communicate and collaborate with clients on incoming replies, reschedules and no-shows.

MUST be available 9am-5pm EST Monday - Friday.

Experience with Email Bison, Clay, or interest in advancing into GTM roles is a bonus*

Compensation: base + commission (depending on skill level)
