Hiring a GTM Engineer at a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company, Qualia. š«µ Who we're looking for:
Ops background - translate technical builds into tools that non-technical teams actually use across the customer lifecycle
Curious builder - you like to pick things apart to understand how they work and get excited about creating something from nothing
Long term thinker - you build with an eye for maintenance and future growth
AI/ML experience - you've built production systems with LLMs or ML models, not just experimented
š What you should know how to do:
Build complex workflows in Clay (show me yer tables!)
Navigate large datasets with SQL
Use APIs to connect disparate tools and build integrations
Work with AI tools like Claude, OpenAI, or similar in production

US based, remote unless you live in Austin, then it's hybrid
Sits in Platform Intelligence team (CRM & AI Automation) inside RevOps
