🚀 Cold Email Campaign Manager / Account Manager (Can work in SAST timezone) We're Mumbo Leads, a South African based cold email agency 🇿🇦 and we’re looking for a cold email Campaign Manager to join our remote team and manage our list of 10-15 clients! What You’ll Do:
Campaign Setup & Management; Set up cold email campaigns from scratch, including list uploads, segmenting, and sequences.
A/B test subject lines, email copy, and send times to optimize performance. (copy is written by someone else in the team, we have a dedicated copy writer)
Monitor campaign health (deliverability, open rates, reply rates) and troubleshoot issues.
Manage domain warming and ensure all campaigns meet best practices for inbox placement.
Performance Review & Optimization: Regularly review campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.
Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
Proactively suggest improvements to campaigns based on data analysis.
Reply Handling & Client Communication - Manage replies via smartleads’s Unibox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Categorize and escalate leads or inquiries as needed.
Handle client communication, including updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement via our inhouse software (no client calls)

Who We’re Looking For:
A team player with a deep understanding of cold email campaigns and automation tools.
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing client accounts or working in a similar role.
