We run pipeline for clients across SaaS, marketing agencies, financial services, staffing, and promo โ and we need someone to own the relationship that holds it all together. What you'll own: You're the communication point between the client and our fulfillment team. You'll be the main point of contact for clients โ keeping them informed, managing expectations, and translating their needs into clear direction for fulfillment so campaigns actually deliver. You'll also own upselling: spotting where we can do more for a client and expanding the account. To do this well, you need to understand outbound โ how it works, what good looks like, and why a campaign performs the way it does โ so you can speak credibly to clients and brief fulfillment intelligently. You're a fit if you: โ Are an excellent communicator who can manage client relationships and keep everyone aligned โ Understand outbound strategy and how cold email/LinkedIn campaigns actually work end-to-end โ Can translate client needs into clear briefs for fulfillment, and fulfillment's work back into client-facing updates โ Have a real instinct for upselling and growing accounts โ Previous GTM experience is a strong plus This is not the role for you if: โ You're entitled or carry an ego โ You need to be told what to do every day โ You want a slow, predictable 9-to-5 We move fast and we're scaling hard.
