We're looking for a junior GTM engineer to join the team and help build those systems for our clients. This isn't a "post on LinkedIn and call it outreach" role. You'll be deep in the tools - Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Nav - building lists, setting up sequences, automating workflows, and making sure campaigns actually land and convert. What you'll be doing Building prospect lists (10k+ leads), setting up cold email infrastructure, running Clay workflows, maintaining data quality, supporting live client campaigns, and learning everything about how modern outbound works end to end. What we're looking for â˘â â Up to 1 year experience (SDR, cold email, sales ops - or genuinely self-taught) â˘â â â List building and cold email basics â˘â â â Clay - comfortable building and enriching lists â˘â â â Excel/Google Sheets - not afraid of formulas â˘â â â Daily AI user - Claude, ChatGPT, APIs don't scare you â˘â â â Problem solver who tries 5 times before asking â˘â â â Process-oriented, follows instructions, doesn't need hand-holding â˘â â â Native or near-native English Bonus points â˘â â Worked at a cold email agency or as an SDR â˘â â â Know Clay, Zapier, Make, or n8n â˘â â â Experience with any automation tooling â˘â â â Building toward a career in GTM, RevOps, or AI-powered sales What you get Hands-on experience building outbound systems for global B2B clients.
