GTM Engineer Role Specializing in Claude Code and Clay for Remote B2B Event Tech Team
GTM Engineer (Claude Code & Clay Specialist) 🚀 Join a Global Leader | 100% Remote | $1,500 - $1,800 USD Terrapinn Holdings is looking for a Tier-1 GTM Engineer to join our elite squad. We are a global B2B events powerhouse building out niche ICPs from the ground up. We aren’t looking for “list pullers.” We want an architect who understands the “Agentic” future of GTM. Why this role is different:
Claude Code is the Engine: a strict prerequisite. You’ll use Claude Code and custom Python scripts to scrape authoritative registries (IATA, FAA, etc.) and automate data acquisition to a level standard databases can’t match.
Clay Enterprise Power: You’ll own our Clay Audiences and build complex, credit-efficient enrichment waterfalls (targeting <3 credits per record).
Strategic Ownership: You’ll define the “Buy-side vs. Sell-side” logic for global industries and build the data pipelines that drive millions in event revenue.
The Profile:
You are active in the local Clay/GTM community.
You treat Claude Code, Serper, and Python as your daily drivers.
You’ve built “Agentic” workflows that score and classify leads automatically.
You think like a strategist, focusing on quality and deliverability, not just volume.
The Deal:
Compensation: $1,500 - $1,800 USD/month (Standard 3-month trial to start)
High Agency: Work directly with our Dubai-based digital lead; no micromanagement, just high-output execution.
