Hiring First GTM Engineer for AI-Powered Outbound Systems at Toplinex with Growth and Revenue Share Opportunities
Hey guys, we're hiring our first GTM Engineer (and first hire in the business) to help us rapidly grow the business (toplinex.com). We're building an AI-powered GTM agency working with B2B tech and consulting businesses to build intent-based outbound systems, leveraging the best GTM tools and tech. This is a full time position as the first GTM hire, with scope to grow into a Head of GTM role as we scale the agency. Compensation would be $2.5-3k / month + revenue share (with significant upside as client tenure increases). Full job description below, but quick overview of responsibilities:
Fully manage client delivery (from strategy to campaign design to execution)
Building AI systems to maximize output and increase efficiency (to manage as many client as possible with 1 GTME)
Working closely with the founder on client delivery strategy
Key requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Clay
Experience running outbound campaigns in Instantly, Lemlist or similar tools
Experience in building and enriching highly relevant outbound lead lists
Strong interest in leverage AI tools to build repeatable systems
Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high quality work
Must have some overlap with UK working hours
Must be based in Europe
