GTM Engineer (remote) - full time We're looking to hire the first GTM Engineer within our outbound/GTM agency, ToplineX (toplinex.com). You'll help build out the outbound/GTM strategy for our clients, and run end-to-end delivery for our clients, including list building, signal enrichment, personalisation where necessary, copywriting, campaign management (i.e., identifying when something isn't working, and having a clear plan to test and iterate). You'll work closely with the founder on client delivery, with the long term goal of being able to manage client delivery autonomously eventually. Key requirements:
1+ years in outbound/GTM experience
Proficiency in Clay and Claude Code
Experience building lists in more creative ways than just using Apollo or a standard B2B database

We're building an AI-powered GTM agency working with B2B tech and consulting businesses to build intent-based outbound systems, leveraging the best GTM tools and tech. This is a full time position as the first GTM hire, with scope to grow into a Head of GTM role as we scale the agency. Fully manage client delivery (from strategy to campaign design to execution)
Building AI systems to maximize output and increase efficiency (to manage as many client as possible with 1 GTME)
Working closely with the founder on client delivery strategy
Key requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Clay
Experience running outbound campaigns in Instantly, Lemlist or similar tools
Experience in building and enriching highly relevant outbound lead lists
Strong interest in leverage AI tools to build repeatable systems
Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering high quality work
Must have some overlap with UK working hours
Must be based in Europe
