The value is sharp judgment and quick turnaround, not heavy hours. - Keep CRM (Monday) and trackers clean You're a fit if you have: - Proven appointment-setting / inbox-management experience (send references or examples of meetings you've booked) - Reliable availability during EU / US-morning hours, with fast response (under ~10 min on new leads) - Excellent written English and strong judgment on B2B conversations - Comfort with Instantly, Monday/CRM, Google Calendar (or quick to learn) Light, steady, long-term role.
