🚨Hiring: GTM Engineer We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (Part Time/ Full Time) - CET Timezone We are looking for long term, reliable, hard working people who want to grow with us. This is not a quick gig, we want someone who sticks around and gets better over time. What you will do Build and maintain Clay tables, sourcing, enriching, and qualifying lead lists for internal projects and client accounts Create, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns, then handle prospect replies and support lead qualification Manage multiple client accounts and make sure delivery quality stays high Build automated workflows, document your process, and work with the team on messaging and targeting strategy Requirements Minimum 6 months experience building real Clay tables for real companies You rate at least 8 out of 10 on your own Clay skill level Experience building and managing cold email campaigns Understanding of GTM strategy ICP research and lead sourcing experience Comfortable with APIs and connecting different data sources Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once Nice to have: Experience with AI agents or workflow automation, engineering background. Experience with tools like N8N, Claude Code, GHL. Pay: Part time: $700-800 a month + depending on experience level, plus performance based bonuses. Full time: $1000-$1400 a month + depending on experience level, plus performance based bonuses.
