I’m hiring a Growth Operations Lead at Freemarket. We’re building a modern growth engine where automation and increasingly agentic systems help a strong commercial team operate at their best. The focus of the role is executing and continuously improving the systems and workflows that power our revenue teams across outbound, inbound and signal-driven targeting. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building the operational backbone behind modern GTM teams.
