Hiring GTM Engineer for List Building Role at Heavn Media (India, Full-Time, 8-12 LPA INR)
Hiring: GTM Engineer - List Building (India, Full-Time, 8-12 LPA INR) We're Heavn Media — we run cold email and GTM outbound engines for marketing agencies. We send over a million emails a month across dozens of campaigns. We're looking for someone to own list building — one of the three core pillars of our outbound operation (alongside tech infra and copywriting). This isn't a "pull contacts from Apollo" role. You'll be:
Building highly targeted prospect lists from multiple sources (Clay, Apollo, Sales Nav, Apify, BuiltWith, Google Maps, directories, etc.)
Designing waterfall enrichment flows in Clay to hit 90%+ data coverage
Writing AI prompts (Clay AI columns, ChatGPT, Claude) to generate personalized email variables — icebreakers, pain points, relevance hooks — that make every email feel hand-written
Qualifying leads against complex ICPs and managing suppression lists
Owning list quality end-to-end — bounce rates, enrichment coverage, AI output quality
