Hiring Founding GTM Engineer at Weflow AI to Build and Optimize Automated GTM Engine (Remote EU)
We’re hiring a founding GTM Engineer at Weflow AI to build, automate and optimize our GTM engine. In this role you will:
Build the GTM engine: Design and own our end-to-end GTM systems (from signal → pipeline → revenue).
Drive pipeline creation: Own outbound systems (ICP definition, TAM building, enrichment, sequencing).
Experiment relentlessly: Run experiments across targeting, messaging, and channels.
Build the stack: lead the technical integration and optimization of external tools (e.g. Clay, Instantly, Heyreach, Hubspot, Nooks, Weflow, enrichment APIs, Claude, etc.) into a cohesive, automated engine.
