Role Overview & Key Responsibilities Lead List Development:
Conduct deep research to identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across 20+ industries
Source untapped prospect data through creative scraping workflows
Develop lookalike campaigns based on clients' best-performing customers
Data Management & Verification:
Verify and validate email addresses using tools like MillionVerifier, Trykitt, and LeadMagic
Clean and organize prospect data to ensure 95%+ accuracy
Manage large datasets (3,000-20,000+ contacts per campaign)
Implement double-verification processes for catch-all emails
Campaign Support:
Segment lists by industry, company size, and persona
Collaborate with copywriters to inform messaging strategies
Track and optimize list performance metrics with Account Managers
Required Qualifications Technical Skills:
2+ years of experience in lead generation or data research
Proficiency with lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
MUST HAVE experience with Clay.com or similar data enrichment platforms
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation
Understanding of email verification processes
Research & Analysis:
Strong research skills with attention to detail
Ability to identify and target specific buyer personas
Experience with B2B sales processes and buying cycles
Knowledge of various industries and market segments
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration
Problem-solving mindset for finding creative data sources
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Basic experience with API integrations
